Santa Fe University of Art and Design Talent Scholarship
Description
Incoming undergraduate students are considered for this talent-based scholarship through a departmental review of their audition or portfolio, and statement of intent (if required). Santa Fe University of Art and Design awards a substantial number of these scholarships to talented individuals.
Award
Talent scholarships range from $5,100 to $28,000 per academic year, not to exceed institution aid limit, renewable with the condition that all eligibility requirements continue to be met.
Timing
Award must be applied for 14 days before start of term or earlier.
Eligibility Applicants must:
- Submit portfolio for review or audition, which will be reviewed by department panel.
- Meet all General Qualifications for Santa Fe University of Art and Design Scholarships.
Criteria
- Requirements are determined by each awarding academic department.
Applying
- Some programs may require a separate application.
Disbursement
- One payment per semester.
Renewal Conditions
- Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress and remain in the academic program for which the award was given.
- Students must be in good financial standing with no outstanding debt to Santa Fe University of Art and Design
Additional Information
- This scholarship can be combined with the Residency scholarships, up to and not exceeding Talent category limits.

- This scholarship can be combined with the University Bridge award, up to but not exceeding institution aid limit, renewable with the condition that all eligibility requirements continue to be met.
- One $28,000 and two $20,000 Talent Awards are available per academic year, per department. These awards are at the discretion of the department chair and are based on the portfolio/audition review.
