Portfolio
Students applying for acceptance into the Digital Arts Department BFA program are required to submit a portfolio with 10-15 pieces of art, or a writing sample if considering the Emphasis in Web Publishing. If you have taken courses in digital media you are encouraged to submit this work as part of your portfolio. The art portfolio should consist of projects that have been completed within the last two years and can include digital art, animation, cartooning, drawing, painting, photography, sculpture as well as video and film. Consider choosing work that represents your strengths and interests, and shows the range of your talent. Writing samples can be from content written for school newspapers, blogs or online publications.
All departments would prefer submissions of digital files when possible, but students are welcome to bring work to our on-campus Portfolio Review Days.
