Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Arts Management

Museum director. Gallery owner. Art critic. A wealth of exciting career possibilities awaits you in the business of art and design. Whether you can picture yourself as a theatre manager, cultural event planner, or creative services director—or as an entrepreneur skilled in innovative thinking—Santa Fe University’s Bachelor of Business Administration in Arts Management helps students prepare for the role of their choice.

In this unique degree program, students develop a solid understanding of business principles that they can apply to the arts management field. Students explore the creative process through required core arts courses, and they can add depth with further electives in the history and practice of art. Optionally, they can decide to focus on a more rigorous business curriculum to prepare for a career in business, where a background in creative studies will prepare students to implement innovative processes in the marketplace.

The BBA in Arts Management program expands the traditional view of a business model and reinterprets it to better apply to the art management world. Our expert faculty members will guide students toward choosing electives, projects, and internships that reinforce their arts management career goals.
